이른 아침, 베란다 끝에 자주빛 달개비가 피어 있습니다. 아침에 피고 오후에 시드는 하루살이 꽃 잠시 머물다 사라질 그 덧없음이 잔잔히 다가와 마음을 흔듭니다. 인위의 궤적보다 고운, 순간의 빛 속에 짧은 생애가 긴 그리움으로 박제됩니다. 도시의 콘크리트 틈새에서 자연은 한 줄의 시구를 건넵니다. |

In the early morning, at the edge of the veranda,
a violet dayflower blooms.
A flower of a single day—
opening in the morning,
withering by afternoon.
Its fleetingness lingers for a moment,
quietly approaching,
and stirs the heart.
More beautiful than the traces of human artifice,
within the light of a moment,
its brief life is preserved
as a long yearning.
From the cracks of the city’s concrete,
nature offers
a single line of poetry.
[Poet’s Note] At the edge of the veranda, watching the dayflower that blooms in the morning and fades by afternoon, I felt that the moment gifted by nature was art itself—beyond comparison with any trace of human artifice.
