이른 아침, 베란다 끝에

자주빛 달개비가 피어 있습니다.

아침에 피고 오후에 시드는 하루살이 꽃

잠시 머물다 사라질 그 덧없음이

잔잔히 다가와

마음을 흔듭니다.

인위의 궤적보다 고운,

순간의 빛 속에

짧은 생애가 긴 그리움으로 박제됩니다.

도시의 콘크리트 틈새에서

자연은 한 줄의 시구를 건넵니다.

[시작노트] 베란다 끝에서 아침에 피고 오후에 시드는 하루살이 꽃을 보며, 인위적인 흔적보다 자연이 건네는 순간이야말로 예술 그 자체라는 생각이 들었다. 도시의 콘크리트 틈새에서 불현듯 건네진 자연의 한 줄 시구, 그것을 붙잡아 두고 싶었다.

March Veranda, Facing the Dayflower

[Poet’s Note] At the edge of the veranda, watching the dayflower that blooms in the morning and fades by afternoon, I felt that the moment gifted by nature was art itself—beyond comparison with any trace of human artifice. From the fissures of the city’s concrete, nature suddenly handed me a single verse, and I wanted to hold onto it.
